1 whole roasted garlic Ciabatta knot
4 Sausages
1 red onion sliced thinly
2 red peppers sliced thinly
100ml Vinegar
100ml Olive oil
2 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley

Make the most of the last of the daylight savings with a bbq for family or friends
Ready in 25 minutes
Serves 4
Heat a small sauce pan to a medium heat, drizzle with olive oil then add the red onions and the red pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Then add the vinegar allow to reduce by half then add the olive oil, cook for a further 3 minutes then season with the sea salt and cracked pepper. Allow to cool to room temperature then fold in the chopped flat leaf parsley.
Cook your sausages on the BBQ then serve with the Garlic Ciabatta warmed and sliced with the relish and Rocket.
