How do I find out ingredients, allergens and nutrition information for your products?
Click 'Nutrition Information' which can be found at the bottom of the page when viewing a product.
Why isn't your full range available to shop online?
Due to the nature of our products and their short shelf life, we currently only have a selection of our retail products available for purchasing online. We would hate for you to recieve product that isn't fresh because of courier delays!
How long does shipping take?
North Island Deliveries
North Island orders will be dispatched from Monday morning to Thursday afternoon. Please allow up to 2 days from dispatch for delivery.
Unfortuantely we are not able to deliver to Great Barrier island.
South Island Deliveries
South Island orders will be dispatched from Monday morning to Wednesday afternoon. Please allow up to 3 days from dispatch for delivery.
Rural orders will be dispatched on a Monday only. Please allow up to 4 days from dispatch for delivery.
How can I order Loaf products as a gift for someone?
During checkout, enter your details as the 'Billling Details', and enter the details of the person you are wanting to send the product to as 'Shipping Details'. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once the courier has collected the order. There will be no value on the packing slip and no receipt with the order so they won’t know how much you've spent.
Can I arrange a large order for an event or corporate gifts?
Of course! Email through your order request and any relevant details to [email protected] and we'll be happy to help.
What do I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?
Our confirmation emails are automated. As such sometimes they appear in your junk or spam folder. If you have checked your junk folder and still can’t find an email you can contact us at [email protected].
