Ingredients
1 packet of Loaf Slider Buns
mayonnaise
paua fritters ( see ‘Go Fish’ for ultimate recipe)
rocket leaves
fresh lemon
Description
Makes 10
Method
Halve slider buns, butter and heat until warm through.
To assemble spread some mayonnaise on each half of the slider. On the base of each bun place a small paua fritter, top with a couple of rocket leaves, then finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Top with the slider lids and serve.
