9 Volcanic Ciabatta
150g unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 Tbsp flat leaf parsley (chopped)
2 Tbsp tarragon (chopped)
2 Tbsp chervil (chopped)
Simple, quick and soooo good
Bring the butter to room temperature then mix through the herbs and garlic season with sea salt and cracked pepper.
Bake the Volcanic Ciabatta in the oven for 8 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve the butter on a sheet of grease proof with the warm Ciabatta.
