500g steamed Tuatua meat
1/2 cup flour
2 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup red onion finely diced
1/4 cup fresh coriander finely chopped
4 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
4 cloves garlic minced
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
Oil for cooking
These fritters are great on our slider buns!
Mix together all the batter ingredients except the Tuatua.
Once combined and a smooth batter, add the Tuatua meat to the mixture and fold in.
Fry spoonful's in hot oil until golden on each side and well cooked.
