1 packet of Loaf Wholemeal Slider buns (or white Slider buns)
250g pulled pork (for recipe visit www.loaf.co.nz under mains)
2 cups white cabbage, thinly sliced
2 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced
1/2 cup spring onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup coriander leaves, roughly chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup unsweetened yoghurt
Halve slider buns, butter and toast in a frypan.
Reheat shredded pork.
Mix the cabbages, spring onion, coriander, mayonnaise and yoghurt together to create your creamy slaw.
To assemble the sliders, spoon the pulled pork onto the base, top with creamy slaw, a few sliced jalapenos and lastly the 'lid' to serve.
