1 Loaf seeded loaf (sliced)
Hot smoked Salmon
½ red onions (sliced)
Ready in 15 minutes
Toast 6 slices of seeded loaf. While you are toasting the loaf, mix 2 tbsp of chopped capers in with 4 tbsp of cream cheese. Once all of the Seeded Loaf has been toasted spread each piece with the cream cheese caper spread then cut each piece of toast into quarters on the angle to form little triangles then top with hot smoked salmon and thinly sliced red onion and drizzle with Olive oil.
