lockdown has thrown some challenges our way along with staff shortages, it has left us with the difficult decision that we need to stop delivering on Sundays for the short term.
300g of blueberries
50g caster sugar
1 cinnamon stick
100ml red wine
1 Lemon Loaf
Prep time 30 minutes
Cooking time 15 minutes
Combine the Blueberries with the cinnamon sugar, red wine and bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Heat a griddle pan to a medium to high heat. Slice the lemon loaf into 1 cm pieces and char-grill on both sides until well-marked and warmed through.
Serve on a plate with the blueberries and a spoonful on Mascarpone.
