1 Loaf seed bread
Butter, for spreading
4 thick slices havarti cheese
½ can creamed corn
1 bunch chives, thinly sliced
Sea salt

Slice the bread into 8 thick pieces and butter 1 side of each slice. Put a piece of havarti on the unbuttered side of 4 slices.
Mix the corn with the chives, season with sea salt and cracked pepper and divide evenly between cheese-topped slices. Put remaining bread on top, buttered side up.
Cook in a hot sandwich press or frying pan until golden brown, then cut each sandwich into 4 triangles to serve.
