Breakfast Sliders

Ingredients

1 packet of Loaf Slider Buns

Butter

5 eggs

1/4 cup cream

Salt & black pepper

Canola oil

Sliced champagne ham

Tomato chilli jam


Description

Makes 10 sliders

Method

Halve the slider buns, butter and lightly toast in a frypan.

Whisk eggs and cream together in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.  Place a pan on medium heat and add a splash of canola oil.  Add the egg mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until the egg is only just set.  Remove from heat.

In a separate pan, fry or grill the ham until hot and crispy.

Load your sliders with ham and egg, top with a spoonful of tomato chilli jam.
